This is the second edition of the Journal of Historical and European Studies, a refereed publication devoted to publishing the work of postgraduate students in the School of Historical and European Studies.
The papers included in this edition were first given at the School's postgraduate conference on Friday 23rd November 2007, and they were refereed and selected for inclusion by a panel made up of the Professoriate of the School.
