Let's Talk 2 to 4 years

'Let's Talk 2 to 4 years' is a resource made for parents to use with their children and requires no training. It is designed to help parents assist their children to understand and use new words. This resource can be used by parents who are interested in assisting their children develop their oral language skills. It may be particularly helpful for some parents to use with their children while their child is on a waiting list to see a Speech Pathologist to assist with oral language skills.

A 'Helpful Tips for Parents' page is included at the beginning of the Parent Manual with general tips that can be used with children from all ages. These tips help with teaching new words.

A summary brochure is also available in PDF format with a brief explanation of what the 'Let's Talk 2 to 4' resource is about, for promotional purposes and can be printed freely.

The 'Let's Talk 2 to 4' resource has been designed and developed by 4th year Speech Pathology students at La Trobe University (Genevieve Ackland, Bonnie Colbert, Bridget Hall, Olivia McClelland, Meaghan McMahon, Stacey Sires & Lorelie Wines) under the supervision of Dr. Michelle O'Brien.
