Communication Accessible Cafés: ‘Putting the Caffeine Kick in Communication’
This resource manual is a step by step process on how to create a communication accessible environment. This includes relevant templates of flyers, handouts, surveys and other resources. The aim of this specific project was to promote communication access in the community, particularly in a café setting. However, there is the potential for many more projects to begin building awareness of communication accessibility, through active engagement with their communities. This webpage contains free downloadable links to the resources required to make an environment 'communication accessible'. These include a detailed resource manual, generic communication boards, the café menus and café brochures for promotional purposes.
