2008 Course Fees

Postgraduate coursework programs are either full-fee or are subsidized by the Commonwealth Government (the latter are known as Commonwealth Supported Places or CSP's). With full-fee programs, students pay the full cost of the course. Students wishing to borrow money to cover their contribution may do so under the Commonwealth Government's HECS-HELP scheme. More details can be found at www.goingtouni.gov.au.

With CSP's, students pay a contribution toward the cost of the course. The cost of the course will depend on the contribution rate allocated to your discipline. More information can be found out on our fees page or from the relevant Division, School or Department.

Research Scholarships
La trobe University offers an extensive scholarship and candidature program for postgraduate students who are undertaking higher degrees by research. Scholarships are available for Australian and New Zealand citizens and permanent residents, and a limited number of awards are available to overseas applicants.
