Brief Profile

Ros’s primary areas of research and teaching interests are about the relationship between health and happiness, the use of laughter therapy to improve health outcomes and workplace health promotion. This is reflected in her private practice as Happiness and Wellbeing consultant.  Ros is currently involved in an intervention in an aged care setting assessing the physical and emotional benefits of laughter therapy in dementia and non-dementia residents.  Ros is developing an elective on Health, Happiness and Wellbeing for First Year Bachelor of Health Science students in 2014.
