Brief Profile

Meabh is involved in breastfeeding research and is emplyed as a project co-ordinator (CASTLE study and SILC trial).

The CASTLE study is investigating the role of micro-organisms (Staphylococcus aureus & Candida albicans) in the pathogenes of breast pain and infection in lactating women. The SILC trial which is evaluating interventions to increase breastfeeding duration in Victorian communities.
