Brief profile

After serving for four years in the Royal Australian Navy as a Dental Officer, Jeremy was a general dental practitioner, owning his own practice in the City and Caulfield.

After gaining the post-graduate Diploma in Forensic Odontology at The University of Melbourne in 2000, Jeremy then became one of seven forensic odontologists attached to the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine, assisting in routine identification cases, bitemarks and Disaster Victim Identification. After the Indian Ocean tsunami of Boxing Day 2004, Jeremy began a Master of Philosophy at Monash University, in the estimation of age in children using CT, graduating in 2011. In 2013, he was admitted as a Founding Fellow of the Faculty of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.

Jeremy was a part-time tutor at the Melbourne Dental School before accepting the fractional appointment as First Year Coordinator - Dentistry in 2009. Jeremy continues to practise general dentistry in the practice in Caulfield and continues to teach at the Melbourne Dental School..
