Research

PhD topic: This project focuses on support and management options for young children with reading difficulty. In particular, it aims to explore the mismatch between scientific evidence and current policies and management practices operating in Australian schools. In-depth understanding will be sought by collecting data from a variety of stakeholders and policy documents.

  • Acquisition of consonant clusters in young cochlear implant users
  • CASALA - Computer Aided Speech and Language Analysis Progress of receptive and expressive language acquisition in young cochlear implant users
  • Language impaired children's responses to ambiguous and unambiguous questions
