General Research Areas
Research and consultancy in the broad field of human communication
is a central focus of the School's activities. Honours and postgraduate
research students make up an increasing proportion of the students in
the School and academic staff have developed international recognition
for their investigations of the prevalence, causes, natural history
and effective treatments of a wide range of communication and swallowing
disorders.
