Graduate Certificate in Journalism
Course code/s: ACJ Melbourne
This course is designed for students who have completed a degree, or its equivalent, with little or no background in journalism, and who wish to develop skills in and understanding of journalism.
Duration
The course is one semester full-time or one year to 18 months part-time.
Admission requirements
Applicants must have qualified for either a Bachelor’s degree or a diploma from a tertiary institution of at least three years’ full-time duration (or equivalent). Applicants with a diploma require the approval of the Media Studies Program Coordinator.
Course structure
The course consists of at least 60 credit points of subjects from the Graduate Diploma in Journalism
