The Master of Nursing (Intensive Care) is a 2-3 year, part-time award with exit options available at either the Graduate Certificate (one year, part-time, 60 credit points) or the Postgraduate Diploma (one year, full-time or two years part-time, 120 credit points). The course is designed to provide a range of opportunities for students to develop a deeper understanding of intensive care nursing through systematic analysis and reflection on the relationships between theory and practice.
Admission requirements
Applicants seeking entry into the Master of Nursing (Intensive Care) must be a Division 1 Registered Nurse and hold a current practising certificate with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/, or its equivalent.
