The Student Support Services is located in the west wing of the Engineering Building.
Services include:
- Examinations
- Financial Aid including Student Loans and Emergency Aid
- Timetabling
- ID Cards
- Graduations
- Prizes and Scholarships Ceremony
- Room Bookings
- Cashier duties

Student Loans and Emergency Aid
The University can provide financial support (loans) to students for course-related expenses during the period they are enrolled. The loans are normally between $200 up to a maximum of $4000 in special circumstances. There is no application fee and they are interest-free. A guarantor is required and the loans are subject to policy and an approval process.
Emergency Aid up to $200 can be provided over the counter to meet emergency needs of students. Emergency Aid is also subject to policy and an approval process.
