Availability of courses and subjects
The availability of courses and subjects listed in this Handbook is conditional on the availability of staff and other resources.
While every effort is made to provide full and accurate information, no absolute guarantee of the structure or manner of teaching or availability is implied in the listing of a subject or course for this or any subsequent year.
Accessing information on subjects
Students should note that subjects published in this Handbook are subject to change and should refer to the Subject Database available online for more up-to-date information www.latrobe.edu.au/udb_public/.
Course descriptions
The course descriptions in the Handbook indicate course name, course code, course structure, campus/location and course coordinator.
Subject codes
Subject codes are written (usually) as three letters followed by one digit followed by three letters, e.g. PSY4PSB. The first three characters usually indicate the discipline (in this case, Psychology). The fourth character indicates the year level of the subject (in this case, fourth year). The last three characters of a subject code usually denote an abbreviation of the subject name (in this example, Practical Applied Skills in Psychology B).
