Graduate Diploma in Mathematical and Information Sciences – Melbourne (Bundoora) (SGMIS)
This is a flexible program providing an excellent opportunity for graduates to update their qualifications or to retrain in the areas of computer science, mathematics or statistics. The course is open to applicants with a La Trobe University pass degree or its equivalent. It consists of computer science, mathematics and statistics subjects having a total work value of 120 credit points, including at least 60 credit points at third year level. Advanced standing for previous work is not normally granted. Work towards the degree is normally spread over two or three years of part-time study. In special cases, a full-time enrolment of not less than one year may be approved.
