FINANCE PROGRAMS

Master of Financial Analysis/Master of Professional Accounting (Coursework) (LYFAPA)

The Master of Financial Analysis/Master of Professional Accounting provides both a pathway towards a domestic professional accounting accreditation and a pathway towards an international professional finance charter.

Admission requirements

An Australian Bachelor degree with a C grade average in the final year, or a degree determined to be equivalent by La Trobe University and demonstrate English proficiency.

Degree requirements

The double Masters degree comprises a minimum of sixteen, 15 credit point subjects completed in four six-month semesters of full-time study.

Course structure

The course structure is built on a combination of the core modules of both the Master of Financial Analysis and the Master of Professional Accounting.

Students who do not hold a relevant three year Bachelor degree majoring in finance, economics, or accounting are required to complete a foundation module in addition to the two core modules, increasing the duration of the program to a total of five six-month semesters of full-time study.
