ECONOMICS PROGRAMS
Postgraduate Diploma in Economics – Melbourne (Bundoora) (LPEC)
This course is designed for students who have completed a Bachelor degree in economics, finance, or business majoring in economics or financial management. The course provides an opportunity for students to study advanced topics in economics and to undertake supervised research.
Admission requirements
An Australian Bachelor degree in economics or commerce, finance or business, majoring in economics is required, with at least a C grade average at third year level. Applicants with comparable qualifications will be considered.
Degree requirements
Candidates must complete five subjects including macroeconomics and microeconomics at fourth year level. In addition, candidates must submit a thesis equivalent to three subjects (15,000 words).
