Speakers include specialist nursing and medical clinicians and there will be practical skills workshops for the technological aspects of cardiac nursing (ECG interpretation, Swan Ganz monitoring and intra-aortic balloon pumps). There is a minimum clinical requirement, with study days for the Certificate held at the Alfred Hospital location.
