How to get involved
• Come in and introduce yourself to Bob and Annika at the Student Theatre
and Film Office on the first floor of Union Building.
• Talk to any of the staff about your interest in theatre or film and discuss
how you can get involved in the programs on offer through the office.
• Check for updates here at

or join the Facebook group, search for “La Trobe Student Theatre and Film Office”
• Subscribe to our newsletter which is emailed and snail mailed monthly.
• Volunteer for Front of House duties (it’s as easy as selling tickets and snacks and you get free entry to the show).
• Review a Student Theatre show or film for our regular Zine The Player (and
you get to see the show for free!).
• If you have written a script and don’t know what to do with it
talk to Bob, the Artistic Director, to get some feedback and advice.
• Sign-up for auditions
• Sign-up for lighting, sound, wardrobe and other backstage roles
• Come and see student films and theatre.
You don’t need experience to get involved, getting experience, meeting people and having fun is what it’s all about.
