ISA - International Students' AssociationISA is a non-political student organization representing the interests of all international students enrolled in the University. Its aims and objectives are to promote and assist the welfare, social, educational and cultural activities of international students and to promote goodwill and understanding amongst Australians and international students. ISA is located in the Upper Eastern Agora. To all returning students, I trust that you have all enjoyed a well-earned break and now back on the roll with assignments. To all new students, gear up for what appears to be a fresh and fun-filled semester! In the weeks to follow, ISA has planned out a range of activities specially for you so as you continue to embark your journey in the world of academia, do not miss out on any of this fun! In the mean time, check out the events page for more information on some of the activities, trips and events coming up. Also, ISA previously created a Fanpage on Facebook. However, we have recently switched to becoming a group rather than a fanpage, so if you have not already join the ISA Facebook Group, do so today! We post information of trips and events there, as well as upload recent pictures. You may also like to check out the photos from the Welcome Festival on ISA's fanpage and lucky enough, spot yourself in there! ISA MembershipBe a member today! You may register via the online membership form or you can come to our office to fill in the form manually and get your student card updated right away! WORLD WIDE WEEKEvery year the ISA organises a World Wide Week (WWW) which showcases cultural performances, food, games and an Annual En Masse Dinner! This year's WWW will be held on the 15th and 16th of September (Tuesday and Wednesday). Free food and drinks will be provided by the ISA at the Agora during these 2 days. Also we usually cap off The Week with the much-anticipated En Masse Dinner and this year, with a theme you would not want to miss! So for more details, go to the Events page now! Annual General Meeting 2009The Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in The Odeon on the 26th of August and ISA would like to say a big thank you to everyone who attended!
