Last Rat for 2009 has been completed, thanks to everyone who contributed. We’ll be back Feb 2010.

The Rat is the student's daily campus newsletter, edited and published by Union Services during semester. The first edition appears on the First Monday of First Semester each year, and the final edition appears on the last Friday in October. The Rat is not printed during holiday periods, or days when the university is closed. Circulation covers the whole campus and inclusion of notices is free for all students and staff who can supply a valid La Trobe Student or Staff ID number, La Trobe valid email address and contact telephone number.

Private messages (within word limits) are free of charge to all La Trobe University student and staff, businesses outside or departments/outlets within the La Trobe University community, who wish to advertise are required to pay a fee.
