Room Hire and Catering

The Guild has extensive conference facilities, which can be hired by members and non-members. We have rooms that can accommodate between 5 and 1000 people.

Board Room

Cafe Moat

Eagle Receptions

The Eagle is an exciting venue featuring a retractable glass canopy, open fireplaces and a winter garden. Seating in excess of 500 people, the Eagle Bar is a great place for a drink, a bite to eat or just a place to relax. We have four pool tables a bottle shop and our grounds has a banquet style capacity of 350.

Klettner Room

Klettner room has a capacity of 40 sqm with a theatre seating capacity of 16 and a banquet style capacity of 16.

Moat Theatre

Moat Theatre has a capacity of 1000 sqm with a theatre seating capacity of 500.

Nancy Millis

Nancy Millis room has a capacity of 48 sqm with a theatre seating capacity of 30 and a banquet style capacity of 32.

Odeon

Odeon room has a capacity of 268 sqm with a theatre seating capacity of 250 and a banquet style capacity of 160.

Union Hall

Union Hall has a large area of 735 sqm, which is ideal for many uses from conference display functions, theatre or even a banquet.
