Strategy

Always do something different, something the opposition will not expect, and never do the same thing twice unless doing it twice is unexpected!

We specialise in designing strategic and tactical plans for the combative business environment. Our aim is to design strategies that employ the principles of economy of effort, surprise, and speed. We have adapted military strategies to the business environment, providing organisations with competitive advantage by being able to destabilise a competitor’s C2 (command and control) and through the improvement of strategic planning processes. Our manoeuvre paradigm includes retaliatory strategies, proactive strategies, and psychological operations (psyops) for business firms.

Our research currently involves the adaptation and application of manoeuvre-based planning methods and manoeuvre strategies to the business context.
