Greek history (ancient and modern), Greek music and musicians, Greek popular culture.

Projects in progress
Studies in Greek and non-Greek ethnicity in modern Greek culture; western ideological frameworks of the “primitive” in Greek music and dance; Cyprus and the Soviet Union.
