Mr Terry Renton, Barrister and Solicitor (Supreme Court of Victoria), graduated in law in 1984 and was admitted to practice the following year. Following initial involvement in personal injury litigation, he joined the Office of Public Prosecutions where he was employed in the preparation of criminal trials in various jurisdictions. He joined the Office of the Legal Adviser to the Chief Commissioner of Police in 1988 where he provided advice on both civil and criminal matters to members of Police Command and the Force in general. He joined the Major Fraud Investigation Division of the Victoria Police in 1998 and has advised upon white-collar crime since that time.
