Mr Neil Holland (Dip App Chem, B App Sc (Chem) Forensic Document Examiner), founder of Scientific Document Services Pty Ltd since 1989 has over twenty years experience in forensic science. During those twenty years, he has been employed in the Document Examination Branch, Victoria Police State Forensic Science Laboratory in Melbourne, and was the Manager of this Branch from 1980 to 1989. Since then, he has been providing a scientific document examination service to the Federal and State Police, federal and state agencies, the Federal DPP, the legal profession, the insurance and banking industry and private companies.
His expertise covers the scientific analysis and examination of documents, presenting evidence in all jurisdictions in the States of Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory. On numerous occasions, his expertise has been called upon by government agencies and forensic laboratories worldwide in the form of lectures, publications, conference presentations and training courses. He has lectured to the US Secret Service, the FBI in Washington DC, forensic science laboratories in Ireland, England, Malaysia and Switzerland, police forces of Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines and Japan, and to security product manufacturers in Australia, New Zealand, England, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia. |
