David Foster (LLB (Melb), Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria) was admitted to practice in 1972. He has been a solicitor with the Major Fraud Investigation since 1994 where he has been involved in the investigation of complex mortgage frauds, large scale company theft and finance fraud.
David has previously worked in the Criminal Law Branch of the Crown Solicitors’ Office. He was also Solicitor to the Commission for Corporate Affairs where he was involved in major civil and criminal matters. These included the National Safety Council, the Pyramid Enquiry and an International Futures Fraud which culminated in a successful conspiracy to defraud prosecution.
David Foster has been a member of the Commercial Crime Group and also lectured in various law subjects. |
