Mr Declan Collins is a Senior manager with WorkSafe Victoria, and is currently responsible for managing the risks associated with an outsourced contract. He completed 10 years service with the Victoria Police as an investigator and prosecutor, and has both investigated and prosecuted a number of fraud related cases. Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Prosecutor, and subsequently manager of the Compliance and Investigations Branch with WorkSafe, responsible for fraud investigations and prosecutions. He has also held roles with the Transport Accident Commission as a lawyer managing civil litigation and is in the process of completing an MBA. |
