About the Foundation
The La Trobe University Foundation has been established to assist the University in supporting its students and, by extension, the communities that the University seeks to serve.
The La Trobe University Foundation also provides valuable networking opportunities for Alumni, community members, and those that wish to share in the vision of La Trobe University.
Established following the University's 40th Anniversary in 2007, the Foundation's key activities are:
- Foster relationships with corporations and foundations, alumni, parents and friends to financially support La Trobe University's scholarly and academic objectives.
- Invite support from the community for projects to support La Trobe University's distinctive and exceptional teaching and research.
- Report the progress of this support and how it contributes to the development of La Trobe University and the communities we serve.
- Advise on the management and disbursement of funds.
