Brief Profile

Mr Patrick Testa was appointed the Director, Planning and Operations in January 2010.  In this role he is accountable to the Dean for the overall administration of the Faculty, with specific accountabilities for co-ordinating strategic planning, resources management, student services and administration, research services, marketing and student recruitment, governance and sustainability.

Mr Testa was first appointed to La Trobe University in March 2007, firstly as Consultant Director of Marketing and then, from October 2008, Project Director, Bundoora International Pathways Projects.  From March 2009 Mr Testa also assumed the responsibilities of the Registrar to the Faculty of Law and Management.   Mr Testa's previous experience includes sales, marketing, business development and international relations roles at Navitas, Deakin University and the University of Melbourne.  Prior to entering higher education Mr Testa was a lead tenant in the Youth Supported Acommodation Program, YSAS,  worked in the law for various firms and the Commonwealth Bank and ran a café.
