Dr Jennifer Arnold-Levy, Director of Making Emotions Work and La Trobe Alumnus, Josh Marsden, Manager, Health and Wellbeing La Trobe University and Dr Eric Morris, Director of Psychology Clinic, La Trobe University, discussed using mindfulness to foster workplace health and productivity.

In this session the panel members addressed questions including what do we really mean by mindfulness? Do we need it? Who can benefit? How can it be developed and why workplaces are investing in mindfulness?

This session provided participants with a practical experience of an everyday mindfulness practice and a case study showing how mindfulness initiatives can be integrated across both personal and professional (workplace) contexts.
