Accessing Research Data Store (RDS)
Research data storage is a cornerstone of research infrastructure. We have the following data services available:
- direct access to hundreds of terabytes of file storage by researcher’s desktop computers
- repository storage for summary data, information that needs to be published, metadata and a facility for long-term archiving (please contact the library for further information).
The space is available to research groups that also include external parties through secure and simple interfaces. A data access and management policy that:

- Provides simple file access, as well as repository and database facilities
- Is secure regarding reliability and provides for archiving
- A security model that ensures:
- Security for all types of research information, including private records
