Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace is used to describe programs and strategies aimed at gaining equality for women. They aim to ensure all staff have equal access on the basis of merit to employment and associated conditions such as; promotion, remuneration, transfers, study leave, training and development, higher duties, committee involvement and so on.
