Who can receive disability support?
Any student with a disability or long term medical condition is eligible for supports after assessment by Disability Support Staff. The definition of disability as used in the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) is very broad and includes people who have a physical, learning, sensory, psychiatric disability or medical condition. A disability can be permanent or temporary.
