Role of the contact officer
- First point of contact for anyone who has an harassment or discrimination inquiry or wishes to lodge a complaint.
- For general inquiries or sounding out concerns.
- A way of averting complaints or further action.
- Help in clarifying the situation and to determine a way forward.
