Australian citizens, holders of an Australian permanent residents visa and New Zealand citizens must apply through the: 

Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC)

Applicants wishing to apply for the above courses will submit their application using the VTAC Online Application (you will need Internet Explorer to access all VTAC pages). Applications open in late July of each year for selection into the next year intake.

The closing date for applications (starting early in 2007) for scholarships is 31 October for Australian and New Zealand citizens.
