Scholars from across the Faculty are concerned with the specialisation of corporations and corporate governance. These include enquiries from the standpoint of accounting, finance and the law. Corporate accountability can lead to better decision making by government, and can be a significant factor in minimising the potential for mismanagement and corruption.
