Brief Profile

David Walker joined the Department of Economics and Finance, La Trobe University in July 2003. Prior to this, he worked as an economist for the Victorian Government at the Department of Infrastructure and at the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics in Canberra. David’s research interests are in forest and agricultural economics and in the economics of climate change. Other interests include the economics of development and ecological economics. David recieved a B.Ec (Hons) at La Trobe University in 1997.
