Registering for an academic procession
To take part in an academic procession please login to our database and select the ceremonies you wish to attend.
It is essential that you register for an academic procession to ensure that a seat on the stage is allocated to you. Stage positions are determined by academic position with junior members of staff in the back rows and the most senior staff at the front.
Please note, you must register to join an academic procession more than seven working days prior to a ceremony as thereafter access to the list becomes electronically blocked.
If you are unable to attend a ceremony for which you had previously registered please inform us so that you can be removed from the stage plan. If it is more than seven working days before the ceremony, re-enter the system and "un-click" your selection for that ceremony. If it is less than seven working days before the ceremony you will be unable to do this through the system so contact our office by email on ceremonies@latrobe.edu.au.
