General information about international graduations
What to do on the day of the ceremony
Students are asked to arrive and register between 11:00 and 12:00. After students have registered they are then to collect their gowns from the gowning room. Professional photos may be taken before or after the ceremony.
Guest tickets
Each student is allocated two guest tickets, which are collectable from the registration desk on the day of the ceremony.
Photographers
Professional photographers will be at the graduation venues on the day of the ceremony to take photos of you in your academic regalia. The photographers will be available from two hours before the starting time of the ceremony and for two hours afterwards.
Academic dress
We will arrange academic dress for you to wear at the ceremony. Your academic dress can be collected from the gown room between 11:00 and 13:00 and must be returned to the gowning room by 16:30. A security deposit (cash) for the gown is paid when collecting the gown. This deposit is fully refunded when the academic dress is returned at the end of the ceremony.
