Practicing Enterprise Architecture Strategically and Practically
| British Columbia Institute Technology adopted Enterprise Architecture as a strategic practice beginning in 2005. Since then, Enterprise Architecture has become part of our culture and processes to ensure technology is aligned to the strategy of BCIT. EA plays both a strategic and tactical role at BCIT. This presentation will talk about the application of Enterprise Architecture in formulating a 3 Year Technology Plan (strategic) and in the creation of a Solutions Architecture practice and process (tactical) at BCIT. |
