Speaker: Padmini Victor

Padmini Victor has more than twenty years experience in senior consulting and leadership roles for large organisations in Australia, Asia, India and the USA.  Her work has spanned a broad range of technologies, approaches and business issues across the full lifecycle of strategy, architecture, system implementation and maintenance.

Over the last ten years, Padmini has specialised in Architecture and Strategy having held key roles in the Financial, Utilities and Government sectors in Australia. Padmini holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering and is TOGAF 8 certified for Enterprise Architecture.

She is currently the Practice Lead for Enterprise Architecture  within the Business and Systems Consulting group at Oakton.  Padmini authored Oakton’s EA methodology and has led key EA assignments in the banking, insurance, utilities and higher education sectors.
