Charles Sturt University's Workplace Productivity Program

This annual EA in Higher Education Symposium is but one outcome of CSU’s 3 year, $1m+ Workplace Productivity Program (WPP).  The program applied ‘Enterprise Architecture’ and ‘Organisational Development’ principles to a ‘Business Process Management’ methodology to:

  • Establish the fundamental things that CSU does (i.e. its processes)
  • Determine the condition of those processes
  • Establish CSU wide issues / themes
  • Make recommendations about what to do
  • Fix some ‘biggies’
  • Capture and expose the knowledge gained for the benefit of CSU and the sector

The presentation will provide an overview the WPP, its key outcomes and importantly, practical takeaways that will be of benefit to the sector.
