The Application of Enterprise Architecture at Charles Sturt University
The EA experience for CSU has been focused on building the framework that describes the enterprise architecture for CSU and Higher Education. This has been critical to building the base of knowledge on which CSU can now draw to understand itself as a complex enterprise, identify future opportunities for redesign of the business architecture, inform critical decision making and understand the impact of change.
The session will provide case study examples on the use of enterprise architecture principles to deliver strategic value through enterprise change management processes in the University context and relate some of the successes and challenges experienced by the CSU Enterprise Architecture team. |
