2008 Enterprise Architecture in Higher Education Symposium
Practical Outcomes

La Trobe University, November, 2008

In 2006, CAUDIT sponsored a get together at Charles Sturt University for people working on Enterprise Architecture. In the short time since, the Symposium has grown into a fully-fledged and self funded conference.

In 2008 the Symposium was held at La Trobe University at The Institute for Advanced Study on its Bundoora campus. 53 people from 30 organisations attended, and like previous symposia, ea2008 was rated very highly by its participants.

As Enterprise Architecture grows in strategic importance for higher education, the Symposium has become a ‘must do’ fixture on the calendar of decision makers throughout the sector. This symposium provides the opportunity for higher education staff working in both technical and senior management to share knowledge and develop their capabilities in Enterprise Architecture.
