Setting up Outlook 2003 on your PC

1. Double click on the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 icon on your desktop, you should see the below screen. Click “Next” to continue.
   
   
   
2. Select Yes, to connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server and click Next.
   
   
   
3. Select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Next
   
   
   
4. In the Microsoft Exchange Server: field type exchange, make sure the box for Use Cached Exchange Mode is ticked and then enter your username in the User Name field. E.g. tpetrie
   
   
   
5. Click Finish to exit the setup wizard. Microsoft Outlook will then setup an offline copy of your email which may take a few minutes.
