LongTrace DNA sequencing service - this online service improves the read length of ABI 3730 traces. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with ABI 3700 or MegaBace traces, but a stealth upgrade suggests that it now supports ABI 3100 and 3130 traces. The service also has a free trial so that you can test it on their own traces.
QualTrace sequencing QC service - another free service that will let perform a quality control analysis on your sequencing trace. The service tells you what problems exist with your traces and what you can do to improve the quality. Very useful for tracking down hard to identify problems.
Price USA - A very interesting service for Australians to be able to order products directly from the USA. I plan to use this service to order equipment directly from the USA avoiding the huge mark ups that the Australian distributors like to charge!
