Profile

Dr James is the author of Universal Human Rights: Origins and Development (2007). He has been a Princeton Wilson Fellow, a Visiting Fellow at Griffith University and, most recently, a Research Fellow in the Institute for Human Security at La Trobe University. A former Editor of Global Change, Peace & Security, he is on the Editorial Review Board of Human Rights & Human Welfare. He is also a freelance editor for Oxford University Press.
