Request for Student Feedback on Tutoring

Note: Please submit the request for a Student Feedback on Tutoring (SFTU) form at least 10 working days prior to your planned administration date. If the Feedback Team receive requests with less advance notice, PIPU cannot guarantee provision of forms by your requested date.

Who can request a SFTU form?

  1. Academic staff who are tutoring for subjects in which they also lecture can request their own SFTUs.
  2. Subject coordinators can initiate requests for SFTU forms on behalf of casual teaching staff who conduct tutorials.

Note: Tutors should have tutored/taught at least nine hours by the date the SFTU form is to be administered and have at least 12 enrolled students in the relevant tutorial.

How does a subject coordinator request a SFTU form?

  1. Simply email student.feedback@latrobe.edu.au to action the request.

What happens next?

  1. The Feedback Team will respond to the request with further instructions.
  2. In the case of casual tutors, the Feedback Team will ask the subject coordinator to provide the tutor with the instructions on how to complete the SFTU form request.
