The deadlines for the Student Feedback of Subject and Teaching (including Tutoring, Workshop Demonstrating) for Semester 2 are shown below:

Deadline for receipt of survey orders: Close of business, Friday 16 September
Deadline for return of completed surveys: Close of business, Friday 28 October
Release of individual reports: Week beginning Monday 19 December

To ensure timely processing of results please note that any orders or completed surveys arriving after the above cut-off dates will not be processed by the Feedback Team unless in exceptional circumstances.   This means that individual reports will NOT be provided or included in Semester Two aggregate reports.

Please also note that requests for any Student Feedback survey form must be made at least 10 working days prior to the planned administration date. If the Feedback Team receives requests with less than 10 days notice, we cannot guarantee provision of forms by the requested date.

Please do NOT recycle any Student Feedback survey forms from previous semesters because they will not be processed by the Feedback Team.

Surveys should be administered between Monday 3 October and Friday 21 October (Weeks 10-12). According to the Student Feedback on Subject and Teaching Procedures (Policy Database Document Reference Number 116003D and 116004D), surveys are not to be administered in the final week or final session of a subject. They may be administered after approximately 75% of teaching is completed (usually during Weeks 10-12 of a 13-week semester or at an equivalent point during other teaching schedules).

If you have any questions about the student feedback process, please contact student.feedback@latrobe.edu.au.
