Pat was born and educated in Kerang. She joined the Commonwealth Bank after leaving school and had a 20 year career in the field, working all over Victoria.  Pat left the bank in 1988 to concentrate on her new role as a “stay at home mum”.

The family moved from Melbourne to Bendigo in 1990 and when her two children started school, Pat discovered a new skill in organising fundraising and social events for school committees and groups.

In 2000 she published a 300 page family history book. 

Pat is now involved with local youth in Bendigo in her role as Executive Officer with the local Navy Cadet Unit and is responsible for administration, logistics and buildings management as well as event management. 

This past experience all led to her present role as Conference Manager with the CSRC
